    অফিসের ল্যান্ড ফোন থেকে অতিরিক্ত বিল আসছে। সাধারন ব্যাবহার হচ্ছে কিন্তু বিল আসছে ২০০০, ১৫০০। কিন্তু ১০০০ এর নিচের ব্যাবহার হচ্ছে।

    লক কোড ব্যাবহার করতে গিয়ে দেখা গেল লক হচ্ছে না। এনগেজ টোন আসছে।
    অফিসের ফোন পুরান কর্মচারীর নামে নেওয়া হয়েছিল অফিস প্রতিষ্ঠার সময়। উনি রিটায়ার করে গেছেন।

    ডিমান্ড নোট কি আছে তাও আর এতদিন পর জানা যায় না। খালি ফোন বিল গুলো আছে।
    কিভাবে এই নাম্বারে আমি লক রিসেট করতে পারব?
    বা এই নাম্বার অফিসের নামে ট্রান্সফার করব কিভাবে? ট্রান্সফার করলে কি আবার নতুন করে লক দেওয়া যাবে? ট্রান্সফার করতে কতদিন লাগবে?

    নাম্বারটা মতিঝিলে।

    We can not send mail by using Outlook Express through BTCL ADSL internet connection. Our ISP is CHITTAGONG ONLINE LIMITED. We only received email using Outlook Express with ADSL connection. We have to send mail through webmail which is not uer friendly.
    Now we need BTCL help to configure OUTLOOK Express with BTCL internet for sending mail as Emem System is failed to do.

      Sending emails has nothing to do with BTCL. They don’t cap sendmail-mta ports even, You need to ‘lrn2configure’ your Outlook correctly.
      And this is not COL’s support center, if they’re blocking ports after the bandwidth is passed to them, what can BTCL do?

      Contact your ISP customer care instead.

      You may contact with EMEM system Ltd. Cotact no 9897583, 8810408,01978810408 ( Mr Rana). They will help you to fill up form & other things. You have no need to go there. It will take 2 to 5 days. But cable condition in your area is not 100% perfect. So I suggest you to have a connection of 512kbps. Thanks.

    I (and many others using BTCL) am unable to join any Source Dedicated Server (SRCDS) where things work just fine for ISPs using mango gateway.
    It also doesn’t work on Citycell Zoom (they use btcl gateway too afaik).

    It didn’t work on Qubee for a day when they switched to BTCL gateway the other day.

    The ports are open, route to server IPs are ok but the specific packets required to connect with SRCDS are being dropped.

    Do you use packet sniffer? If so, please configure it correctly to recognize SRCDS traffic.
    If not, then please investigate why this is happening.

    To test if you can connect to SRCDS, you can download and register an account on steam (free): http://store.steampowered.com/

    Then download/install the game Alien Swarm (free): http://store.steampowered.com/app/630/

    Start Alien Swarm.
    Click Play Online > Dedicated Server Browser > Internet

    If things are ok, there will be ~200 servers and you will be able to join any of them.

    It works ok for Mango users where we BTCL users don’t see any server at all.

      Online ‘Telephone Bill’ records show that the phone is running at Mirpur for Mr Khaliluddin. Last bill paid is on April 2009 (Tk. 130) and since August 2009, no outgoing calls have been made from the phone, so only line charge & Vat is billed (Tk 92). You can take printout from online and for hardcopy, please call 9550455 (CS, ITO) or 9553318 (CS, CTO). Thanks.

    I am using tel 8152433. Two problems:
    (1) Paid tel bills for all months except November 2010. But the BTCL web site shows tel bills for February to May 2010 and Sep to Oct 10 UNPAID. I paid tel bills for February to May 2010 in BASIC Bank Sher e Bangla Nagar on 31-10-2010; and tel bills for Sep to Oct 10 in BASIC Bank Sher e Bangla Nagar on 26-11-2010. Talked to many ones in Rev Office, but in vain.
    (2) Billed for overseas trunk call for tk 168/= in Nov; but did not make any trunk call. However, made EISD call for few minutes; but bill should be much less.

    What are the remedies? Can I get reply/ suggestion? I may mention that I had been an ex member of BTTB.

    I migrated my connection from 512kbps to 1mbps this month but I’m still getting ~50KBps. I did change my user name to @btcl1000. Can you please check my problem?

      We have checked your account. It’s okay. Try downloading severel large files simultaneously and see the total speed. Speed may vary depending different paths and server locations. Thanks.

      I have done everything that is possible.

      1. Changed the drop box.
      2. Changed the drop wire.
      3. Tested with a different modem.
      4. Tested my building’s internal wiring by connecting the modem directly to drop wire.
      5. Contacted EMEM (As usual they did nothing).

      Still, I couldn’t get 1mbps.

      Can anyone from BTCL solve my problem?
      My account is OK because I connected to my account from a different telephone connection and I got 1mbps. Problem is obviously with my phone line. But still, the problem looks odd to me as my attenuation is ~35 and SNR is ~14. Even I have no idea where the problem is.

      Addition to that, I’m getting frequent disconnection these days. Here are the time of last disconnections:

      19:10:24, 15:53:38, 12:56:17, 11:45:31, 01:16:16, 01:12:30, 23:11:48, 21:44:15, 20:38:34. (Got disconnected 9 times within 24hours)

    আসসালামু আলাইকুম,
    আমার যাত্রাবাড়ীস্থ টেলিফোন লাইন (নং ৭৫১৫৩০৮) অনেক দিন ধরে ব্যবহার করা হয় না। বাসা বদল করে উত্তরা চলে আসার পর বেশ কিছু মাস বিল দেয়া হয়েছিল। তারপর আর দেয়া হয় নি। লাইনটির বর্তমান অবস্থা কি? আমাকে কি আরো বিল দেয়া লাগবে নাকি লাইনটি সম্পুর্ণরুপে বিচ্ছিন্ন হয়ে গেছে?

    লাইনটি ট্রান্সফার করে উত্তরা এক্সচেঞ্জে নিতে কি পরিমান খরচ হবে?
    যদি নতুন লাইন নেই তাহলেই বা কিরকম খরচ হবে?

    My phone line has been dead since wednesday. I called uttara exchange complain department on thursday but no one picks up the phone. This is very poor service. I am also a subscriber of the Bcube Infity 1000 package and so I’m unable to use internet. Therefore please treat this matter urgently and repair my phone line.

      For telephone line problems, if local camps do not response, please call SSI cell 9362931, 9362932 where operators are available during office hours at head office. SSI emergency Cell officer can be reached at 8362599 during 1000-2200 including holidays. Another way to send complaints at head office is by sending the 7 digit phone number through SMS to 01550152000. The SMS service is only for Dhaka City.

    What is the call charge for Russia? In you rate chart it is 10 Taka for both PSTN and MOBILE. But when I calling by using prepaid card it cut 30 Taka per minute.

    Could you please check where is the problem?

      This IP Address is sub-allocated to ZX Online Ltd. from Mango Teleservices, one of the International Internet Gateway (IIG) Operators in Bangladesh. This ISP is not connected with BTCL IIG. According to the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) guideline, An ISP should connect to both of the IIGs. If the ISP ZX online were connected to both the IIGs the latency would be much lower.

      This IP address belong to BDCOM Online, a leading ISP in Bangladesh. They are connected with both the IIGs. Now they are advertising this block through Mango Teleservices as a result BTCL ISP’s customers have to travel the whole world to reach the server. That’s why the latency is higher.

      The best solution is: All the ISPs and IIGs should be connected to the National Internet Exchange (NIX). In that case, to reach an ISP no other ISPs have to travel the whole world. The customers of all ISPs will get the local content very fast. This is a win-win situation for all.

        It is ridiculous that often we have less latency with IPs from UK than IPs from our own country.

          I don’t mean to be rude, but shouldn’t BTCL themselves have some interconnections with mango? Seeing as half(Actually more, almost all leading ISPs seem to be on mango) use mango and thanks to that, BTCL users routing absolutely stink.

          At the current situation, our so called ‘BDIX’ serves absolutely no purpose at all, aside from allowing local sharing between BDCOM and Smile users(Which isn’t its intended purpose to begin with). A country wide internet exchange’s appropriate usage would be to keep local traffic local, not route it through Singtel, from then Airtel and then Btcl, which is absolutely retarded and pointless.

      most probably btcl is supplying most of our bandwidth for india. to enrich their digital life and restricting our internet access. and they are making all fake stories to hide the main fact. i remember i played online games where ping was in average not more than 180 ms, but these days, specially last month and this month december things are getting horrible with 600 ms + ping which is worse than old aged dial up life.

    Mr. duralaponi আপনি আমার প্রশ্ন না বুজে উত্তর দিলেন, (৭৫৫১৯৩৭) আমি বলছি ইআইএসডি reading ছারাই কি আপনারা ইআইএসডি বিল করেন। আমার october মাসে ইআইএসডি বিল আসছে ১৪৭০.০০ টাকা কোন reading ছারা। দয়া করে আমার বিলটা দেখে সঠিক উত্তর দিবেন ।

    আমার ফোনটার (৭৫৫১৯৩৭) অক্টোবর ২০১০ আই এছ ডি বিল আসছে অনেক বেসি। আই এছ ডি বিলের কি কোন ইউনিট রিডিং নাই? সেপ্টেম্বর ও অক্টোবর মাসে আই এস ডি রিডিং ছাড়াই বিল আসে। এটা কেন?

      ০১ আগস্ট ২০১০ থেকে নতুন রেট কার্যকর হয়েছে। আগের ইআইএসডি রেট আর প্রযোজ্য নয়। দয়া করে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের রেট অংশটি দেখুন।

      ওয়েবসাইটের হোমপেজে নীচের দিকে ব্যাংকের তালিকা দেয়া আছে। সেখানে আপনার এলাকার টেলিফোন রাজস্ব কর্মকর্তার অফিসের ঠিকানা ও ফোন নাম্বার দেয়া আছে। প্রয়োজনে উনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন। ধন্যবাদ।

    Regarding getting a Real IP I spoke to Mr Shunnil Kumar Odhikari, Divisional Engineer (Exchange Installation), BTCL Mogbazar, Dhaka.

    He was reluctant to provide a real IP to end user and told I should contact “Director International” of BTCL and dropped the phone !

    May I know the contact details of “Director International”.

      Sir sorry to say and want to clarify that please please said the truth. I did not drop the phone. I was at a meeting in Post & Telecommunication Ministry at that time, as why I had to shortcut the conversation. Anybody can verify it. I requested you that this moment we have no plan to allocate static IP to customer level except research purpose used. We talked about static IP and i also requested you to apply through Director(Int), BTCL H/Q. I again to say sorry, and want to finish it here.

    After reading some comments, I have found a common problem among the people. That is, they cannot configure their router properly to connect more than 1 PC. I wouldn’t blame them for not being able to configure them properly because I know that the user needs a good amount of computer knowledge than just some web browsing knowledge to configure a router properly.

    I have a suggestion for ESL. You guys can easily post a video on the website (www.bcube.net.bd) about how to configure the router properly. This is an easy task and I think this will help the users.

      buddy….problem is not with configuring a router….i know how to configure one….in this age, ppl are more educated, they can educate themselves just by googling…..and a basic configuration like routing enable isnt such a big deal….

      main problem is with the modem they are providing…it has routing feature as advertised but its not working…and they have no idea why…just saying if its not connecting in adsl mode then it is a area wise problem……
      they should have a better explanation…
      more yet a solution….as it definitely is a technical problem….
      in india bsnl also uses same product with routing service working….

      then again…u may have better knowledge on huwaei modem mt882 configuration than regular guyz like us ….why not share it…..

      also…u can get an wifi adsl modem+router from market(i suggested two of mine frends instead of huwaei one) and configure it very easily with the same configuration…..
      which also i am already planning to buy….

      neways…a video/txt tutorial is a good idea for newbies :)

        lol buddy. you don’t know how to configure one. if you did, you could have made this work yourself instead of asking in here.

        IF you *can* connect to internet using btcl adsl (by any method), no one in this world can block off your “multi pc access” (without highly sophisticated packet sniffing).
        If you cant get it working, it’s a PEBKAC.

        Also, I don’t see any “routing features” in huwaei mt882.

        Just dial from the modem
        place a multiport router between PCs and modem
        configure router with proper static ip.

        BTW, if i remember correctly, EMEM always say to get utstarcom’s 4 port if you want multi connections and get huwaei modem+(retarded)router for single PC use.

            I believe that your dissatisfaction will be resolved if EMEM posts a video on how to configure the router (Both UTStarCom and Huawei). :) I would have told you how to configure the Huawei modem but since I never used that Huawei modem, I have no idea how to setup that. :(

            That’s all I wanted to say. Hope I’m not wrong.

            And about EMEM’s customer care department and services, they certainly are lacking. No doubt about that.

    এক বছরের বেশী সময় হয়ে গেল। BTCLWebsite -এ ঘোষনা দেওয়ার পর এখনও BTCL Dial-up Internet Post paid গ্রাহকদের Off Peak Usage (8 PM – 8 AM), Peak Usage (8 AM – 8 PM) সময়ে পরিবতন করা হয়নি। এখনও Internet Post paid check করলে দেখা যায় পূরবের সময়টি নিরধারিত রয়েছে। অরথাত Off Peak Usage (00:00-10:00), Peak Usage (10:00-24:00) এছাড়াও সরকারের বিগত পদক্ষেপের সময় একঘন্টা আগা-া পেছানোর পরেও বরতমান সময়ের কোন পরিবরতন করা হয়নি। এগুলো কি দেখার কেউ নেই?

      - আপনি UTStarcom এর ADSL Modem ব্যভার করছেন।
      - একটি PC তে login করতে পারলেও অন্য PC তে login করতে পারছেন না।

      আমার জানা দরকার যে আপনি কিভাবে login করছেন। আপনি কি router এর মাধ্যমে dial করছেন? নাকি আপনার windows এ একটা connection তৈরি করে dial করছেন?
      যদি windows এ একটা connection তৈরি করে dial করেন তাহলে এই সমস্যাটি হওয়ার কথা।

      এই সমস্যার সমাধান হচ্ছেঃ

      - প্রথমেই BTCL এর connection টি disconnect করুন।
      - এরপর আপনার browser এ গিয়ে http://192.168.1.1 – এই ঠিকানায় যান।
      - login করুন। (default UN/PASS is admin/utstar)
      - Go to Advanced Setup > WAN
      - Click “Edit” button of 0/35 VPI/VCI.
      - Click NEXT, select PPPoE, click NEXT, provide your UN/PASS, click NEXT, NEXT, SAVE, REBOOT.

      Now you should be able to connect two PCs simultaneously just by connecting any PC with the router. No dialing required. Router will dial for you.

    how do i use my connection on both pc.
    i searched a little and found huwaei modem+router and can be configured to use multiple pc.
    i tried a bit but modem does not auto connect. i have to everytime.

    Please share some solution. In details plz.

            আমি আপনাদের মডেম কিনে router মডে setup করার চেষ্টা করেছিলাম কিন্তু কাজ হই নাই , এরপরে আপনাদের সাপোর্ট এ ফোন করে জানালাম, তারা বলল আপনার এলাকায় এই মডেম router মডে কাজ করবে না (অদ্ভুত উত্তর) , এরপর আমি বাইরে থেকে একটা Dlink ADSL মডেম + routar নিয়া আসি এটি তো গত ৭/৮ মাস যাবত চমত্কার কাজ করছে , SmartAX MT882a এই মডেম টি bridge মডে ভালো কাজ করে কিন্তু stand alone কিম্বা routar মডে না , আমি অন্তত 5টি ভিন্ন ভিন্ন এলাকায় এই মডেম দিয়া টেস্ট করেছি একই result তাছাড়া এর web এও তেমন কোনো firmware update নেই , তাদের support এও ইমেল করেছিলাম ৫/৬ মাস এ কোনো reply নাই , WIFI ADSL routar আমি কোনো ধরনের সমস্যা ছাড়াই ব্যবহার করছি বেশ কযেক মাস যাবত

      ইনফোবাহন প্রকল্পে (জুলাই-২০০৬ থেকে জুন-২০১১, ২৯০ কোটি টাকা) FTTX/FTTB (fiber to the building) অন্তর্ভূক্ত আছে। এছাড়া NGN (next generation network) প্রকল্পে (জানুয়ারী-২০১০ থেকে জুন-২০১৫, ১৭২৫ কোটি টাকা) মেট্রোপলিটান শহরগুলোতে FTTX এর কাজ হবে। অর্থাৎ সীমিত পর্যায়ে কিছু বড় বড় ভবন পর্যন্ত ফাইবার নেয়ার কাজ চলছে। ভবিষ্যতে আরো প্রকল্পে FTTX আসতে পারে এবং তাছাড়াও অন্যদের ফাইবার (যেমন ফাইবার এট হোম) শেয়ার করা যেতে পারে। উল্লেখ্য যে, ইতোমধ্যে বাংলাদেশের প্রায় সব উপজেলা পর্যন্ত BTCL এর এক্সচেঞ্জগুলো ফাইবার নেটওয়ার্কে যুক্ত হয়েছে, এবং এরপর তা ইউনিয়ন পরিষদ পর্যন্ত বিস্তৃত হচ্ছে।

    ইন্টারনেট এর স্পীড এর আগে আপনাদের কাজের গতি বাড়ান, ৫ থেকে ৭ তা কাজের দিন তো ভাই অনেক , একটা connection দিতে আমার জানা মতে কযেক ঘন্টা লাগার কথা ( Papers formalities এর পর )এর পরে আপনারা ২৪/৪৮/৭২ ঘন্টা সময় নেন প্রয়জনে , কিন্তু একটা ইন্টারনেট সংযোগের জন্য কেন সুদু সুদুই এতদিন অপেক্ষা করতে হবে , দ্রুত সংযোগ দিলে তো আপনাদের সেবার মান ও বাড়ে, আর বেবহারকারীদের আপনাদের উপর আস্থাও বাড়ে / ইন্টারনেট এর সেবা তো মানুষ নির্ধারিত খরচ দিয়া নেয়

      টেলিফোন লাইনে এডিএসএল এনাবল করা থাকে না, গ্রাহক আবেদন করলে করা হয়। এনাবল করে এমডিএফে জাম্পার লাগানো থাকলে গ্রাহক লাইনে এডিএসএল মডেম লাগালে লিংক ইন্ডিকটর জ্বলবে। তখন আইডি ও পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে কম্পিউটার থেকে লগ-ইন করা যাবে। তবে একটা আইডি দিয়ে একসাথে একাধিক লাইন থেকে লগ-ইন করা যাবে না।

    আমি BTCL ADSL Service এর অনেক পুরনো গ্রাহকদের মধ্যে একজন। জুন ২০০৯ থেকে আমি এই Connection-টি ব্যবহার করছি। এই Connection-টি ব্যবহার করে আমি বলতে পারি যে আমি ১০০% সন্তুষ্ট আছি। তবে একটা বিষয়ে আমার একটু সমস্যা আছে। সেটি হল-

    আমি যখন কোন কিছু Download দেই তখন আমার Speed থাকে 45KBps থেকে 50KBps এর মধ্যে (আমি BCube Infinity-512 এর Package-টি ব্যবহার করছি)। এই Speed নিয়ে আমি সন্তুষ্ট। তবে বেশ কিছু জায়গায় দেখেছি যে একই Package এর গ্রাহকগণ তাদের Download-এ Constantly 60KBps এর থেকে বেশি Speed পাচ্ছে। এমনকি আমার এক আত্মীয়র বাসায় আমি ADSL Connection এর 256kbps এর প্যাকেজ নিয়েছি। সেখানেও Download Speed >60KBps, অথচ সেখানে 32KBps থাকার কথা। তাহলে আমার Download Speed কি ~60KBps থাকা উচিৎ নয়?

    আশা করি এই অসমাঞ্জস্যতা আপনারা দূর করবেন।

    আরেকটি বিষয় আমার কাছে অবাক লাগে। সেটি হল আপনাদের Pre Paid Package এবং Post Paid Package এর মধ্যে অসামাঞ্জস্যতা। যেমনঃ

    DayBCube 128 – 1725tk/3mo (=575tk/mo) – 8AM to 8PM
    BCube Infinity-128 – 575tk/mo – Always on
    DayBCube 128 Package-টি তাহলে কাদের জন্য?

    একই অবস্থা দেখা যায় প্রায় সব ক’টি Pre Paid Package-এ। যেখানে একসাথে ৩ মাস এর টাকা দিলে আমার খরচ কম হওয়ার কথা সেখানে খরচ বরং বেশি হচ্ছে। আশা করি এই অসমাঞ্জস্যতাও দূর করা হবে।

      In ideal condition, speed of 512 Kbps adsl connection is 64 KB. But it may vary from 60 to 40 KB due to cable & others environmental condition. It is not possible to get 50 KB from 256 Kbps connection. There is some mismatch of rate in case of Day package. It will be regular when charge will be revised next time. BTCL always encourages customers to use postpaid packages. Lot of thanks.

      আমি মনে করি না যে আপনি Number বদলিয়ে অন্য Series এর Number নিতে পারবেন। কারন সেটা করতে হলে আপনাকে অন্য Exchange থেকে টেলিফোন Connection আনতে হবে। সেটা সম্ভব বলে মনে হয় না। এবং যদি সম্ভব হয়ে ও থাকে, আমি মনে করি না যে এই ফোন লাইন ব্যবহারযোগ্য হবে (দুরত্বের কারনে)।

      আসলে নম্বর টাই আসল ব্যাপার না। আসল ব্যাপার হচ্ছে আপনি যে Exchange এর গ্রাহক সেই Exchange এ ADSL Support আছে কিনা।

    Qubee/Link3/Smile সবার সাথে সবার latency 100ms-এর কম (সাধারনত 50ms-এর কম)।

      Password change option is under process. ADSL customers communicate using real IP which is selected dynamically by system. BTCL’s ADSL system is developped on private IP.BTCL has leased line internet connectivity. Corporate and ISP customer can avail public IP from BTCL. Thanks.

    I want to apply for ADSL against my number 8191181. However, I have been told that only the first 160 number in my exchange, that is 8190000-8190159, can be used for ADSL. That implies, I have to change my number, or I have to take another line (which I did once already in 2009 primarily for ADSL). What is the challange here actually? Can’t you just move the line to one of the ADSL capable ports and then keep the number unchanged by re-programming/re-assignment that port?

    Originally, I applied for this connection back in 2009. I mentioned about ADSL in my telephone application. But, right after paying against the ADSL demand note, I was notified that my line/exchange is not ready for ADSL. Now that you have opened up ADSL operation from this exchange, you are bringing forward another (technical) limitation.

    গত কিছুদিন যাবত ইন্টারনেট একটু ধীরগতির। কিন্তু আজকে অবস্থা আরও খারাপ।
    এক মাত্র torrent চালালেই স্পীড পাওয়া যায়। বাকি সব কিছুতেই স্পীড নেই বললেই চলে।
    কবে নাগাদ ঠিক হবে বলতে পারবেন?

    Last 1 week my internet line became unusable. Iktu por por line kate jai. I called ESL and they tell me to have a line-man check the wire connection in the poles. But when I call the exchange, they tell me that my line is Ok since voice connections are working properly and they refuse to check the connections.

    I think the ESL people should tell the exchange people to check these things as the exchange people don’t listen to us customers.

    Now my internet is unusable and I request someone to please fix the problem.

    I have been using bcube premium 512 for last five months. But having some stability issue for last two months. Specially line SNR margin fluctuates too much from 6 to 1, or -3 or 4 etc when it becomes impossible to browse internet. My connection never stay stable for more than 2 minutes at a time. Kindly look into this matter immediately.

    But i pay my telephone bill regularly and my last pay bill was august by AB Bank mirpur brance,Dhaka dated 04 Octobob2010 serial number 177. Please you check my all bill from beginning its no due any single of month(I all ready check by your online site).

    So in this condition please verify my bill then active my telephone. I am suffering and missing lots of important call from my friends and family from BD and abroad. I will very happy if you take necessary action as soon as possible.

      অনলাইন ডেটায় দেখা যাচ্ছে জুলাই-আগস্টে প্রায় ৩ হাজার টাকা বকেয়া আছে। বিল ব্যাংকে জমা দেয়ার পর স্টেট্মেন্ট আসতে এবং লেজার/ ডেটাবেজে এন্ট্রি করতে ১/২ মাস সম্য লেগে যায়। এর মধ্যে নোটিশ দিয়ে সংযোগ বিচ্ছিন্ন করে দিতে পারে। এরকম ক্ষেত্রে আপনার বিল পরিশোধের কপিগুলো টেলিফোন রাজস্ব অফিসে নিয়ে দেখালে তখনি লেজারে এন্ট্রি করে দেবে এবং সংযোগ পূণঃস্থাপনের ব্যবস্থা করবে। ধন্যবাদ।

      ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্ট বিটিসিএল অফিসে আসার পর লেজারে এবং ডেটাবেজে এন্ট্রি হয়। অর্থাৎ আপডেটিংটা এখনো ম্যানুয়ালি হয়। এজন্য ১মাস-২মাস সময় লেগে যায়। যাহোক, আপনি পেইড বিলের কপি আমাদের রাজস্ব অফিসে দেখালেও লেজার এন্ট্রি করে দেয়া যাবে। আর এসংক্রান্ত প্রয়োজনে টেলিফোন বিলের লগ-ইন পেজে দেয়া উপ-পরিচালক (রাজস্ব) এর নাম্বারে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেনঃ

      বিটিআরসি ২টি নতুন রেটচার্ট করেছে, যা বিটিআরসি ও বিটিসিএল এর ওয়েবসাইটে পাওয়া যাবে। EISD এর আলাদা রেট এখন আর প্রযোজ্য নয়।

        এখানে একটু ব্যাখ্যা প্রয়োজন। মুঠোফোন থেকে আপনি বিদেশে কল করতে পারবেন ০০ দিয়ে, ০১২ দিয়ে করা যাবে না। বিটিসিএল এর ফোন থেকে বিদেশে কল করতে পারবেন ০০ দিয়ে সব দেশে অথবা ০১২ দিয়ে ৫৫টি দেশে। আই এস ডি লাইন না হলে ০০ দিয়ে কল করা যাবে না। এনডব্লিউডি লাইন হলেই (যা সব ফোনেই দেয়া হয়) ০১২ দিয়ে কল করা যাবে। ০০ দিয়েই করুন বা ০১২ দিয়েই করুন, বিল একই হবে। এছাড়া যে কোন বিটিসিএল ফোন থেকে ১৫২ তে ডায়াল করেও বিদেশে ট্রাংকল বুক করেতে পারেন, তবে সেক্ষেত্রে মিনিমাম চার্জ ও পিপি চার্জ (নির্দিষ্ট ব্যক্তিকে ডেকে দেয়ার জন্য) রাখা হয়।

    আমার ফোনটা ( ৮৮৩৭১২৪ ) গত দুই সপ্তাহের বেশী হলো নষ্ট। মাঝে মাঝে কয়েক ঘন্টার জন্য ঠিক হয়ে আবার ডেড হয়ে যায়।
    প্রতিদিন একাধিক বার এই নম্বরে ( ৯৮৮০০২৯ ) অভিযোগ করেও কোন কাজ হচ্ছে না।
    সবচেয়ে বাজে ব্যাপার হলো ফোন করলে প্রতিবারই বলে
    - এই এখনি লাইনম্যানকে পাঠাচ্ছি
    - আজকেই লাইনম্যান যাবে
    এখন পর্যন্ত লাইনম্যানের দেখা পেলাম না। ফোনও ঠিক হলো না।

      Brother আমার ও same প্রবলেম.
      আমার ফোনটা ( 7741315 ) গত ২ মাস হলো নষ্ট হয়ে পড়ে আছে। প্রতিদিন একাধিক বার অভিযোগ করেও কোন কাজ হচ্ছে না।আমি মনে করেছিলাম সামনের মাস থেকে ADSL Broadband নিবো. অনেক সমস্যা তার পরেও মনে হলো আসতে আসতে ঠিক হবে. এখন দেকছি উনাদের লোক বলের এখনো অভাব.

      তাছাড়া যারা আছেন তাদেরকে কোথা থেকে ধরে আনছে তাও বুজতেছিনা. আমার ফোনে এর আগেও ৪/৫ মাস বন্ধ ছিল কারণ চোর রাস্তা থেকে তার কেটে নিয়েছিল. অনেক কষ্টে ঠিক করানো হয়েছিল, ওটা আর বলতে চাইতেছিনা. বিল তো উনারা ঠিকই নিয়েছেন বন্ধ থাকা অবস্থায় O .
      কি করব আর কি বা বলব বুজতেছিনা
      আমার মনে হয় আমাদের আর এদের উপর নির্ভর করা উচিত না. আমি সামনের দিকে সবাই কে বলছি কেও যেন তাদের line না নেয়. এদের কে বাদ দিয়ে অন্য দেরকে try করে দেখা উচিত.

      ৮৮৩৭১২৪ লাইন চালু আছে, রিং হচ্ছে। ফোনে যদি ডায়ালটোন না পান, তার মানে তারটা আশেপাশে কোথাও বিচ্ছিন্ন আছে বা ফোন খারাপ। যাহোক, সংশ্লিষ্ট অফিসে জানিয়ে দেয়া হচ্ছে, তারা দেখে দিবেন।

        আমাদের ৮৮২৪৭৮৩ (8824783) ফোনের একি অবস্থা। বহুমাস নষ্ট ছিল। অনেক ধরা বলার পর লাইন ঠিক করে দেয়া হয়। কিন্তু অধিকাংশ সময়ে লাইন কাজ করে না। প্রচন্ড খস্‌ খস্‌ করে। বিচ্ছিন্ন থাকে। হঠাত হঠাত লাইন আসে। বার বার বলে, রিপোর্ট করে, কমপ্লেন দিয়ে, হাদিয়া দিয়েও সারান যায় নি। এর জন্য এডিএসএল ও নিতে পারি না। দেশের এ কেমন ডিজিটাল স্বরূপ? প্রতিকার চাই!
