02-8001649 is my res. phone no. but i tried to complain against my bill payment affairs and posting in web site . I always pay my monthly bills regularly but when i logged one complain againt my payment status btcl is informing that the phone number is not valid. How it is happening?
My july 2011 bill is paid by me on 14-08-2011 it is posted in the payment column. Again in the below row it is shown D & blank in payment side. How it is possible?. Would you please reply?

আমার মডেমে (TP Link TD-W8950ND) Power LED ,WLan LED on হয় কিন্তু ADSL LED টা ON হয় না। এমনকি ব্লিংকিংও করে না। মডেম চালুর করার সময় ADSL LED কয়েক সেকেন্ডের জন্য জ্বলে তারপর আর জ্বলে না।
বুঝতে পারছি না আমার এখানে কি কানেকশন নাই নাকি মডেম নষ্ট হয়ে গেছে?
মডেম সাথে পিসি, স্প্লিটার সহ অন্যান্য সব কানেকশন চেক করে দেখেছি কোন লাভ হয় নি।
দুই দিন আগে বৃষ্টির সময় প্রচন্ড বজ্রপাত হয়েছিল তারপর থেকে এ অবস্থা। বজ্রপাতে কি আমার মডেম নষ্ট হয়েছে নাকি এক্সচেঞ্জে কোন ক্ষতি হয়েছে সেটাও ক্লিয়ার না। আর মডেম যদি নষ্ট হত তাহলে মডেমে পাওয়ার আসে কিভাবে?
উল্লেখ্য, আমার টেলিফোন লাইন ডেমরার সারুলিয়া এক্সচেঞ্জ থেকে নেওয়া।

Since last 4 or 5 days the line is getting disconnected after about 1 hour and remains disconnected for about 2 hours or more.
The adsl remains stable. Is it because after any disconnection the password authentication failing while the router is trying to dial automatically?
I tried to call EMEM systems at 8810408 the number they have on their web site, but this number is probably connected to a fax machine. I am not sure if this complain will be read and taken care quickly before our business gets more losses.

Just talked to Mr. Sunil Kumar Adhikary. He advised us to file a WRITTEN complaint for the routing/bandwidth issues we are having lately. It’s interesting to see the similarity between how criminals use “legal battles” and how our govt. owned service providers use “written complaints” – both with the intention of passing enough time to make you forget the original problem – or better yet, give up at the end.
And, for the record, EMEM did not answer their official phone today. I tried several times before calling Mr. SK Adhikary – we never consider him as the first line support – he has better things to do.

I am using btcl 512 for a few months, But recently i m facing some terrible problem with the download speed. It never gows up above 13/14 kbps. Sometimes its 6-8 kbps. I am feeling like getting back in the age of the dial up connection when i used to use bol/proshika. My number is 7118144 . Please response. Or i have to switch to some other provider. My phone no is 8918232. And i m staying in uttara. I am using Bcube 512 postpaid connection. For last one week there is no dial tone on our phone for which the modem not able to sync. So, 2 days back I complained to the uttara camp and today 2 support person came to our house to check the line. After checking they informed that the cable need to be changed, According to their provided information, 200m cable need to change for which i need to pay 4000/-tk, for the cable as they don’t have any cable on their ready stock or btcl is not providing the cable now. Otherwise I have no other option rather than keep my phone and internet dead. Does that mean, if i not able to pay the cable (which i haven’t damaged myself) charge (which i already paid, i assume, otherwise i wouldn’t have got the line on the 1st place from BTCL) i will left with a dead line with no internet connection (but monthly fixed bill of adsl will be added along with the phone bill)?
Please let me know the provided information is correct and please suggest me the best course of action on the above subject matter.

If your number is not caller ID, you can apply to change the number. A few group of numbers can not be given caller ID facility due to technical reasons.

Yesterday I complain this matter to emem system. And they said they will send a technician. Today I got a phone call from technician inquiring about the problem. I was so surprised, because i could not expect any response from emem system within 7 days. But the problem was in my telephone line which is not solved. How funny ! They just give a decision even without checking things.
This is important for us because we communicate with our clients abroad using Yahoo Messenger only.

To avoid account hacking of Bcube users, BTCL can use port binding. It basically means that a phone number password of an account can only be used with the specific phone line. It cannot be used with any other phone line.

Our number is 9101509. I already complained earlier. It appears there is severe data loss. The connection stops working randomly even though the modem shows to be stable.
Contacted EMEM and they said they have put a complain to server. They do not have any complain ID which I could refer here.

আসলে ডায়াল আপের কিছু বিশেষত্ব আছে। সারা দেশের সব টেলিফোন লাইন থেকে এই ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহার করা যায়। স্পিড কম, কিন্তু টুক টাক, জরুরী বা সাময়িক কাজ চলে। নো ইউজ নো পে। এপ্লাই করা বা আলাদা বিলের ঝামেলা নেই।
এডিএসএলের সুবিধা সব টেলিফোনে নেই। নতুন রেটের প্রস্তাব সামনের বোর্ড মিটিং এ যাবে আশা করছি। আসলেই নিয়ম কানুনের জটিলতা এত বেশী যে দ্রুত কাজ করা সম্ভব হয় না।
অামরা, বাঙালীরা, সবসময় কেন জানি বর্তমান থেকে ২০ বছর পেছনে চেয়ে থাকি। এতে মিছামিছি অাত্মতৃপ্তিতে পেট ভরে যায় কিন্তু প্রকৃত লাভ কিছু হয় না।

Hello, who should I cotact about a misunderstanding with my last two months of BTCL bill (for 8191111)? I tried your computer center number (9131161) and I was asked to visit the office for this small piece of info. Then, I got 9122976 from your SSI dept, but nobody seems to answer this phone over a long period of time.
My misunderstanding with the latest bills is that, I was billed Tk. 4582 and Tk. 7232 respectively for May and June whereas my average monthly bill is Tk. 2500 including ADSL/other charges. Please help.

My Tel 9121480. All bills are cleared…and my Land line is not working for last 20 days. I have complained continuously to local camp at 9112129, every time they said they are looking into it but nothing happened. I have also sent SMS to 01550152000 many times, No Result. I have called central complain at 9362931-2 many times from 20 June, 11 but NO Result. I have also sent email thru the BTCL Complain page. Again no response….
As per the citizen charter I am supposed to receive support within 24 hours but its been 20 days, NO RESPONSE YET.

Yes i m using night package which shows login error 691 for 10 days. I talked with Mr.Muktadir and others several times. They said its server problem. How long it take to solve? How u compensate me?
Currently due to some problem in server some clients are unable to login and it shows error 691. We will resolve the problem within shortest possible time.
But in your case it is not related to that problem.
You subscribed Prepaid Package. As your Package has been expired on 1st July so you have to renew it. When the package expires, it shows authentication error 691 (user name pass error).
So, Pls renew it and enjoy.

Do you know how many times i called to EMEM SYSTEMS. When I called in morning/noon, they say to call at night and when I called at night they say to call at morning as server is not active at night. Do you know how many times EMEM SYSTEM call me back. ZERO. They never call back. They never note down customer problem. So whenever I called I have to repeat from the beginning. Are you sure your service hour is upto 10 P.M. I never found them after 9 PM. They are not suitable for the position they are holding. I am sure they didnot get the job by competitive exam. Their service is so poooooooor. Unbelievably pooooor. Digital bangladesh! Huh!

Wrong! I criticize BTCL time to time because I dream for a real technologically advanced Bangladesh, and I believe and expect that BTCL should play a leading role here. FYI, I am a programmer and IT consultant – I definitely know one or two things about Internet/Telecom.

আমি huawei SmartAX MT882a মডেম টা ব্যাবহার করি (from EMEM Systems) আমি বেশ কিছু দিন ধরে একটা সমস্যায় পড়েছি। নেট এ কানেক্ট হবার কিছুক্ষণ পরই ডিসকানেক্ট হয়ে যায়। যখন এটা হয় তখন দেখি যে মডেম টা নিজে নিজেই রিস্টার্ট নিচ্ছে (সবগুলো লাইট নিভে গিয়ে আবার জ্বলে ওঠে) এর পর অনেকক্ষণ ধরে শুধু পাওয়ার এর লাইট টা জ্বলতে থাকে এবং ৩-৪ বার নিজে নিজে রিস্টার্ট নিতে থাকে। ৫-৭ মিনিট পর অন্যান্য লাইটগুলো (adsl,lan)জ্বলা নিভা শুরু করে।এর পর adsl লাইট টা স্টেবল হলে আবার কানেকশন পাই। এর ৫-১০ মিনিট পর আবার মডেম রিস্টার্ট এবং সেই আগের কাহিনী। আমি মডেম এর কনফিগ এও ঢুকতে পারি না (192.168.1.1)
{এই লেখাটা লিখতে গিয়ে ২ বার কানেকশন চলে গিয়েছিল আর মডেম নিজে নিজে approx. ৭-৮ বার রিস্টার্ট নিলো}

Bill updating may take 1-2 months as revenue office does not get bank statement in time and the process is manual.

গতকাল থেকে আমার নেট কানেকশন নেই
কিন্তু টেলিফোন লাইন ঠিক আছে।
আমার মডেমে (TP Link TD-W8950ND) Power LED ,WLan LED on হয় কিন্তু ADSL LED টা ON হয় না। এমনকি ব্লিংকিংও করে না। মডেম চালুর করার সময় ADSL LED কয়েক সেকেন্ডের জন্য জ্বলে তারপর আর জ্বলে না।
বুঝতে পারছি না আমার এখানে কি কানেকশন নাই নাকি মডেম নষ্ট হয়ে গেছে?
মডেম সাথে পিসি, স্প্লিটার সহ অন্যান্য সব কানেকশন চেক করে দেখেছি কোন লাভ হয় নি।
দুই দিন আগে বৃষ্টির সময় প্রচন্ড বজ্রপাত হয়েছিল তারপর থেকে এ অবস্থা। বজ্রপাতে কি আমার মডেম নষ্ট হয়েছে নাকি এক্সচেঞ্জে কোন ক্ষতি হয়েছে সেটাও ক্লিয়ার না। আর মডেম যদি নষ্ট হত তাহলে মডেমে পাওয়ার আসে কিভাবে?
উল্লেখ্য, আমার টেলিফোন লাইন ডেমরার সারুলিয়া এক্সচেঞ্জ থেকে নেওয়া।

Dear Concerned,
9101509 is connected through a router at our office. We use 1 MB package.
Since last 4 or 5 days the line is getting disconnected after about 1 hour and remains disconnected for about 2 hours or more.
The adsl remains stable. Is it because after any disconnection the password authentication failing while the router is trying to dial automatically?
I tried to call EMEM systems at 8810408 the number they have on their web site, but this number is probably connected to a fax machine. I am not sure if this complain will be read and taken care quickly before our business gets more losses.
I request your early support to solve the problem or please mention if I have to take any alternate measures if you are facing technical difficulties. Thank you.

Just talked to Mr. Sunil Kumar Adhikary. He advised us to file a WRITTEN complaint for the routing/bandwidth issues we are having lately. It’s interesting to see the similarity between how criminals use “legal battles” and how our govt. owned service providers use “written complaints” – both with the intention of passing enough time to make you forget the original problem – or better yet, give up at the end.

Thanks for trying to contact us. For your information both our land phone and cell phone have auto answering option activated in case it is unanswered. We did not find any message there that you contacted. However, I noticed that a call came from EMEM systems.
Our main problem the periodical disconnection is solved now although noticing speed drop as compared to previous months. Please look into this matter.

I am using btcl 512 for a few months, But recently i m facing some terrible problem with the download speed. It never gows up above 13/14 kbps. Sometimes its 6-8 kbps. I am feeling like getting back in the age of the dial up connection when i used to use bol/proshika. My number is 7118144 . Please response. Or i have to switch to some other provider. Though i dont want to do so. This connection use to be the best but now a days it seems to be the worst.

i was searching.. what is loop in landline? so i found these page.
i am using ADSL 512 line from Mohammad pur, Raziasultana road. 1st month i get very good speed and line did not get any trouble.
but after 1 month the line teach me what is trouble and how many way it can occur one after another. and i also solving these problem and learning those all problem too.
But i did not understand how a local line man can cross any tnt line !!! like the problem i am facing 15 to 1 month duration , so call the line man and change the DVR / phone connection port and some few day line get ok .
emem and no btcl technician can say the copper main black tnt line how to install. so i try it my self.
i change the both join left to right and right to left and i check my adsl connect very quick and speed get look like the very good, But when i test my phone call like –> {” from my mobile to call my tnt, i see it has crossed… some one other end say hallo to me on my mobile and i received my tnt at the same time and see another one say hallo to my tnt line too. “}
so what is it … good speed in cross line and bad speed in normal line ? and how many time should i call my local line man and re-chek my line and pay for it like 150TK to 200TK ??????
so i have so-many QUESTION to ask,,, But i don’t know who will help me !!!!!!

ভাই, আমি গত আগষ্ট/২০১১ থেকে বিটিসিএল বিকিউব আনলিমিটেড ২৫৬ কেবিপিএস লাইন নিয়েছি। সেপ্টেম্বরের ৮ তারিখ পর্যন্ত ভালোই চলছিল, কিন্তু ৯ তারিখ থেকেই ডাউনলোড স্পীড একেবারেই কমে গেছে (এভারেজ ১৮ কেবিপিএস)। তাছাড়া প্রায়ই লাইন থাকে না বা ফ্রিকোয়েন্ট ডিসকানেক্ট হয়। বিকিউব কাষ্টমার কেয়ারে কেউ ফোন ধরেনা। আমি থাকি কুমিল্লায়, আমার ফোন নম্বার ০৮১-৬৩৩৯৮। কুমিল্লায় কার সাথে (এঙ্চেঞ্জে) যোগাযোগ করতে পারি (কারণ কুমিল্লায় ইমেম সিস্টেমস এর এজেন্ট আইটি প্যালেস এর সার্ভিস খুব খারাপ)? আমার মডেম “টিপি লিংক ওয়্যারলেস এডিএসএল রাউটার”।

ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশ আর হবে না মনে হয়, সরকার আর বিটিসিএল যে ফাজলামি শুরু করেছে তাতে মনে হয় গ্রাহকদের ব্যাপারে তাদের কোন মাথা ব্যাথা নাই, গ্রাহকদের টাকা খেয়ে খেয়ে পেট ঢোল করছে। মনে রাখবেন, এই দিন দিন নয়, আরো দিন আছে। দেখেছেন না টেলিটক এর কি হয়েছে? এভাবে চলতে থাকলে বিকিউব এরও এরকম অবস্থা হবে।

My phone no is 8918232. And i m staying in uttara. I am using Bcube 512 postpaid connection. For last one week there is no dial tone on our phone for which the modem not able to sync. So, 2 days back I complained to the uttara camp and today 2 support person came to our house to check the line. After checking they informed that the cable need to be changed, According to their provided information, 200m cable need to change for which i need to pay 4000/-tk, for the cable as they don’t have any cable on their ready stock or btcl is not providing the cable now. Otherwise I have no other option rather than keep my phone and internet dead. Does that mean, if i not able to pay the cable (which i haven’t damaged myself) charge (which i already paid, i assume, otherwise i wouldn’t have got the line on the 1st place from BTCL) i will left with a dead line with no internet connection (but monthly fixed bill of adsl will be added along with the phone bill)?
Please let me know the provided information is correct and please suggest me the best course of action on the above subject matter.

আমি Super Saver Package এর একজন গ্রাহক ।
May, June , July এই তিন মাস ধরে হঠাৎ করে আমার ADSL Charge 687 , 1205 , 851 আসতে শুরু করেছে।
অথচ আমি গত এক বছর যাবৎ কখনো Limit 2 GB across করিনি।
এই তিন মাসও ঠিক একইভাবে use করেছি । কিন্তু Bill প্রায় ২ থেকে ৩ গুন বেশি আসতেছে।
এর মধ্যে আমার Land line এর সংযোগ বিচ্ছিন্ন করা হয়েছে ।
আমি সবজায়গায় যোগাযোগ করেও কোন Solution পাচ্ছি না ।

please, you give me more speed Dial-up internet line (Up to 56Kbps).
Your Dial-up internet Line is very costly,like .30ps/min.
If I use Aftab IT Limited Dial-up internet Line then I can use a Card like 100TK for 40 hours any time.
The cost per minute of Aftab IT Limited Dial-up internet Line
is 100TK./40Hr = 2.5 TK./60mit.= 0.042 TK./mit..
See that,
Aftab IT Limited use 40 hours cost 100TK.
BTCL use 40 hours cost 828Tk.
The cost is .30TK * 60mit.=18 TK.* 40hr = 720 TK.
and 720TK.+ (720TK. * .15VAT) = 828TK.
But, If I Use internet 40 hours by BTCL Dial-up internet Line then it is very expensive.
If I go to Cyber Cafe , I can get Service Browsing (384 Kbps) per hour 20TK
But, If I Use BTCL Dial-up internet Line then its cost per hour is
The cost is .30TK * 60mit.=18 TK.+ (18TK. * .15VAT) = 20.70TK.
So, I can get better sevice from Cyber Cafe (384 Kbps) per hour 20TK.
Many people can use WiMAX internet line or others line.
On the other hand , when I use BTCL Dial-up internet Line then
I can not use BTCL phone .
Why I use BTCL Dial-up internet Line that is very costly.
Please, speed up your internet Line ( Up to 56Kbps) and I can use it if cost per minute is 0.045TK.
I think many people in Bangladesh whos income is low or unemployed can use more BTCL Dial-up internet.
if your line speed is up to 56Kbps and cost per minute is 0.045TK.
and no hidden charge.
If the people of Bangladesh can use more internet its develop our beautiful country and BTCL get more revenue.
Otherwise, I can not Use Dial-up internet Line of BTCL .

To avoid account hacking of Bcube users, BTCL can use port binding. It basically means that a phone number password of an account can only be used with the specific phone line. It cannot be used with any other phone line.

Our number is 9101509. I already complained earlier. It appears there is severe data loss. The connection stops working randomly even though the modem shows to be stable.
Contacted EMEM and they said they have put a complain to server. They do not have any complain ID which I could refer here.
Situation is so worse that our business is in jeopardy. Please help at your real earliest.

9101509 is the number. We are an outsourcing company.
We are getting deadly slow speed for couple of days. Cannot upload or download files to/from clients.
We talked to Mr. Riaz at EMEM, he checked modem status over phone. He mentioned he has put a complain to server.
Our speed was very good (100KB/s+). We cannot wait till Sunday for the govt. to start working again next week.
Can you please help today.

Dial-up ইন্টারনেট প্রিমিয়াম, যেটার নতুন নাম দেয়া হয়েছে click2net, সেটার প্রতি মিনিট চার্জ ৩০ পয়সা থেকে কমিয়ে ১৫ পয়সা করা হচ্ছে। বোর্ডের অনুমোদনের পর এই প্রস্তাব বিটিআরসি এর অনুমোদনের অপেক্ষায় আছে।

আসলে ডায়াল আপের কিছু বিশেষত্ব আছে। সারা দেশের সব টেলিফোন লাইন থেকে এই ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহার করা যায়। স্পিড কম, কিন্তু টুক টাক, জরুরী বা সাময়িক কাজ চলে। নো ইউজ নো পে। এপ্লাই করা বা আলাদা বিলের ঝামেলা নেই।
এডিএসএলের সুবিধা সব টেলিফোনে নেই। নতুন রেটের প্রস্তাব সামনের বোর্ড মিটিং এ যাবে আশা করছি। আসলেই নিয়ম কানুনের জটিলতা এত বেশী যে দ্রুত কাজ করা সম্ভব হয় না।

পরিশেষে, “আসলেই নিয়ম কানুনের জটিলতা এত বেশী যে দ্রুত কাজ করা সম্ভব হয় না” বিষয়ে এতটুকুই বলতে চাই যে অাপনাদের নিয়ম কানুন অামরা গড়ে দেইনি – ওটা অাপনাদের কাছেই রাখুন।

এখানে ADSL এর ID-PW না দিয়ে বরং যোগাযোগের জন্য সেলফোন নাম্বার দিতে পারেন। অফিস থেকে প্রয়োজনে যোগাযোগ করবে। আমার বাসার ফোন+ADSL 2 সপ্তাহ যাবৎ খারাপ, তাই নিয়মিত ব্লগে সময় দেয়া যাচ্ছে না। এর মধ্যে আমাদের নাম করে দু’একজন ভূয়া জবাব দিয়েছেন দেখে শঙ্কিত হলাম।

EMEM কে বলছি।আজকে বিকাল ৪.২২ মিনিটে 01557058376 কেউ একজন আমাকে ফোন করেছিলেন।নামটা কি বললো মনে নেই।উনি বললেন EMEM SYSTEM থেকে কল করেছেন।উনি আমার ইউজার নেম আর পাসওয়ার্ডও জানতে চাইলেন।
আগে বলে নেই, মাস খানেক আগে আমার ১ দিনের জন্য নেটে সমস্যা দেখা দিয়েছিল। EMEM কে তখন জানিয়েছিলাম সমস্যার কথা ,পরবর্তি ২০ ঘন্টার মধ্যেই ঠিক হয়ে গিয়েছিল,এর পর আর কোন সমস্যা হয়নি।কিন্তু নেটের সমস্যা ঠিক হয়েছে কিনা জানতে এতদিন পর উনি কেন ফোন করলেন বঝলামনা।আর কেনই বা আমার ইউজার নেম – পাসওয়ার্ড জানতে চাইলেন?আমার ইউজার নেম – পাসওয়ার্ড তো EMEM থেকেই পেলাম,অথচ EMEM আমার কাছে জানতে চাচ্ছে দেখে খটকা লাগলো।তাই আমি ইউজার নেম বলিনি।জানতে চাচ্ছিলাম কলটি কি EMEM থেকে করা হয়েছিল কি?

Hello, who should I cotact about a misunderstanding with my last two months of BTCL bill (for 8191111)? I tried your computer center number (9131161) and I was asked to visit the office for this small piece of info. Then, I got 9122976 from your SSI dept, but nobody seems to answer this phone over a long period of time.
My misunderstanding with the latest bills is that, I was billed Tk. 4582 and Tk. 7232 respectively for May and June whereas my average monthly bill is Tk. 2500 including ADSL/other charges. Please help.

My Tel 9121480. All bills are cleared…and my Land line is not working for last 20 days. I have complained continuously to local camp at 9112129, every time they said they are looking into it but nothing happened. I have also sent SMS to 01550152000 many times, No Result. I have called central complain at 9362931-2 many times from 20 June, 11 but NO Result. I have also sent email thru the BTCL Complain page. Again no response….
As per the citizen charter I am supposed to receive support within 24 hours but its been 20 days, NO RESPONSE YET.

Dear Raj bro , I have faced the same one a month ago . When i was check my BTCL Connection from the End of my area Box there were a little wire cut then i revamp that wire with help of line man . Afterwards my Connection till totally OK. So better to check ur BTCL box from where ur line came into ur house .

Currently due to some problem in server some clients are unable to login and it shows error 691. We will resolve the problem within shortest possible time.
But in your case it is not related to that problem.
You subscribed Prepaid Package. As your Package has been expired on 1st July so you have to renew it. When the package expires, it shows authentication error 691 (user name pass error).
So, Pls renew it and enjoy.
To renew the connection pls download the Renewal form from http://www.bcube.net.bd and submit it with required payment.

Do you know how many times i called to EMEM SYSTEMS. When I called in morning/noon, they say to call at night and when I called at night they say to call at morning as server is not active at night. Do you know how many times EMEM SYSTEM call me back. ZERO. They never call back. They never note down customer problem. So whenever I called I have to repeat from the beginning. Are you sure your service hour is upto 10 P.M. I never found them after 9 PM. They are not suitable for the position they are holding. I am sure they didnot get the job by competitive exam. Their service is so poooooooor. Unbelievably pooooor. Digital bangladesh! Huh!
Do you know my line disconnected for nonpayment of bill on April though I make payment in March (I have money receipt as a proof) and I got reconnection after about 1 month. My reconnection date was 17 April. So my next payment date should be 17 July for 3 months package. Isn’t it? So, How my line expired on 01 July??? Answer me please.

I agree with you @Mr.Raj, very non professional & novice people working there, they are not maintain any complain log, which is very simple to operate or they can use on line support ticket system, so that easily any one can track the condition (BTCL-EMEM-CUSTOMER) of his/her problem.now a days it is very important to setup a skilled & professional Team. In ADSL there is no Server side support, either phone or email or any one can talk with the Server Administrator or BTCL Engineer.

I agree with you @Shanto, because most of the complain against BTCL is true except few.they try to avoid few comments here, no customer complain log or even update them frequently.thats why the customer frustrated & looses his/her interest to take there service.

Your Dial-up internet Line is very Slow
(35 or 40 Kbps).
please, you give me more speed Dial-up internet line (Up to 56Kbps).
Your Dial-up internet Line is very costly,like .30ps/min.
If I use Aftab IT Limited Dial-up internet Line then I can use a Card like 100TK for 40 hours any time.
The cost per minute of Aftab IT Limited Dial-up internet Line
is 100TK./40Hr = 2.5 TK./60mit.= 0.042 TK./mit..
See that,
Aftab IT Limited use 40 hours cost 100TK.
BTCL use 40 hours cost 828Tk.
The cost is .30TK * 60mit.=18 TK.* 40hr = 720 TK.
and 720TK.+ (720TK. * .15VAT) = 828TK.
But, If I Use internet 40 hours by BTCL Dial-up internet Line then it is very expensive.
If I go to Cyber Cafe , I can get Service Browsing (384 Kbps) per hour 20TK
But, If I Use BTCL Dial-up internet Line then its cost per hour is
The cost is .30TK * 60mit.=18 TK.+ (18TK. * .15VAT) = 20.70TK.
So, I can get better sevice from Cyber Cafe (384 Kbps) per hour 20TK.
Many people can use WiMAX internet line or others line.
On the other hand , when I use BTCL Dial-up internet Line then
I can not use BTCL phone .
Why I use BTCL Dial-up internet Line that is very costly.
Please, speed up your internet Line ( Up to 56Kbps) and I can use it if cost per minute is 0.045TK.
I think many people in Bangladesh whos income is low or unemployed can use more BTCL Dial-up internet.
if your line speed is up to 56Kbps and cost per minute is 0.045TK.
and no hidden charge.
If the people of Bangladesh can use more internet its develop our beautiful country and BTCL get more revenue.
Otherwise, I can not Use Dial-up internet Line of BTCL .

আমি huawei SmartAX MT882a মডেম টা ব্যাবহার করি (from EMEM Systems) আমি বেশ কিছু দিন ধরে একটা সমস্যায় পড়েছি। নেট এ কানেক্ট হবার কিছুক্ষণ পরই ডিসকানেক্ট হয়ে যায়। যখন এটা হয় তখন দেখি যে মডেম টা নিজে নিজেই রিস্টার্ট নিচ্ছে (সবগুলো লাইট নিভে গিয়ে আবার জ্বলে ওঠে) এর পর অনেকক্ষণ ধরে শুধু পাওয়ার এর লাইট টা জ্বলতে থাকে এবং ৩-৪ বার নিজে নিজে রিস্টার্ট নিতে থাকে। ৫-৭ মিনিট পর অন্যান্য লাইটগুলো (adsl,lan)জ্বলা নিভা শুরু করে।এর পর adsl লাইট টা স্টেবল হলে আবার কানেকশন পাই। এর ৫-১০ মিনিট পর আবার মডেম রিস্টার্ট এবং সেই আগের কাহিনী। আমি মডেম এর কনফিগ এও ঢুকতে পারি না (192.168.1.1)
{এই লেখাটা লিখতে গিয়ে ২ বার কানেকশন চলে গিয়েছিল আর মডেম নিজে নিজে approx. ৭-৮ বার রিস্টার্ট নিলো}

TeleTalk ke Btcl ar sobkisu use korte diccen na keno . BTCL ar building teletalk ke use korte dite hobe.
BTCL ar sob phone pre-paid kora dorkar tahole minister ra free use korte parbe na. Sob phone pre-paid kore BTCL ar rajosso department close kora dorkar. This is a extra expence ( khoroch). Rajosso department ar service valo na. Pre-paid korle valo hobe.
Facebook a BTCL ar Page khulte parle valo hobe. Because mobile theke facebook a enter kora sohoj. I try my best to comment in this website from nokia n70 but this is tugh.
BTCL ar officer der behaviour valo na . But Robi , Airtel ar officer der behaviour is vary cordial and good.
